The Information We Collect

For each visitor (including members) to our site, we collect the following information:

• IP address - we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.
• Non-user specific information on what pages on our Web site users access or visit.
• Information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

• User-specific information on some pages members access or visit.
• Member number, name, zip code, e-mail address, login name, password, e-mail "from name" for e-mail, welcome name for our home page and, if provided, member's alternate e-mail, billing address, and shipping address.

• Customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individually logged-on member

• Contact members for MyCEO marketing purposes

We pride ourselves on protecting the privacy of our members by not selling lists. Whenever a vendor wants to promote their services to our members first we approve the promotion and second we receive the promotion from the vendor and conduct the distribution ourselves.

When you log in as a member we create a new cookie to record session information to allow you to view member area Web pages, use our online tools, and order member benefits on our site. Our cookies also protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents by requiring you to re-enter your log in after a certain period of time has elapsed.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes.
